A license is required for each device (workstation, laptop or server) on which the Assembly Manager client is installed. There is no limit to the number of servers that can be managed from each workstation.

Universal Product Bundle Deal
Every server license purchased for SQLStatistics, SQLMath, SQLEngineering, SQLDistributions, SQLFinancials, SQLRollingStats or SQLUtilities counts the same as one seat in terms of the Volume Discounts listed above. Similarly, every seat purchased for Assembly Manager counts the same as one server license in terms of Volume Discounts listed for those products.
For example, the quote below shows the pricing if you buy 3 seats of Assembly Manager with 1 server license each of SQLStatistics and SQLMath: all products benefit from the 5-9 price band because 3 seat licences + 2 server licences = 5 licences. In this case this represents a saving of $170, about 20%, versus purchasing the items separately.
